After visiting both the community and the site, Anna designed a logo to represent the trail’s identity. The client also required directional signage that communicated key regulatory information. To meet this need, Anna created an illustrated, visually rich design that clearly explained the environmental importance of rules such as staying on the trail.

Many of the signs in the system were designed to be slim and minimal, with posts that attach directly to the existing boardwalk. This approach allowed the signs to integrate seamlessly with the existing infrastructure, avoiding visual clutter or interference with the boardwalk’s accessibility. The final system balanced aesthetic appeal with educational clarity, while remaining sensitive to both the natural and built environment.
